18-year-old Brian Scully will remain under house arrest until a Schuylkill County judge releases him. He must also perform community service. What the hell? Scully and several white teens ,pitted a fight anginst 25-year-old Luis Ramirez.
4 other teens were charged in connection with the crime but 2 were cleared by the jury .My question is what right do this little bigot has to take a mans life no matter if he was illegal or not he's a human being and this boy Murdered him . Brian Scully should be locked under the prison, but it shows the racist justice system where a White Mans Freedom is worth then then a Black,Latino,Gay and other minority groups life.I bet you if it was a African American Child They would have had him on death row the first day in court.Picture of Luis Ramirez Below May you rest in peace my good Brother
